The journey of a florist moving on to become a gardener

I have been playing with real plants rather than just freshly cut flowers.

Yeah, a year ago, I start growing some small plants at home. Together with my friend, Amy, we both hopping from one plant nursery to another to look for succulents.

We enjoy our weekend looking at those cute succulents and growing them at home. Our collection expand slowly and up to a time that my friend suggested we sell the extra plants that we have.

And there, I slowly turn into a gardener, my activities at home including watering plants, potting, propagating, watching the little plants grow, sprouting and blooming.

Then suddenly, I remember this blog. It should record the succulents I grow.  ^ ^

All the material used are not new. The roses are bought for my husband back in 2004 on his convocation. The other materials can be found in my previous post.

If you turn it to the other side, it looks like this:

p/s: It has been a long time since I last did the flower arrangement. My passion for it has never decrease.

Green Plant

Created on February 18, 2009:

It is not a new plant. Instead, I have it since December 2006. It has outgrown the small vase, so I move it into a bigger one. The plant itself might not be attractive, but putting in the colourful jellies make it become prettier. Office is always dull and you need something refreshing. Green plant is a good option, easy to take care of and make your workplace a healthier palce as it can absorb the radiation from computer.

Currently this blog is hosted by blogspot. If you asked me whether I have ever thinking of having my own domain? Yes, I would love too. However, please bear in mind that it is not easy to get a good web hosting service. If I were have to pay for the service, I will definitely do research on the web hosting service providers. Now, I know it is time consuming to do so, but I would love to share with you all what I have found. The webhostingchoice.com provide a free research guide to help users choose the right web host for their personal or business site. It has review on most of the top rated webhosting sites in the industry such as godaddy. com, fatcat, 1&1 and etc. The review is done based on affordability, reliability, uptime and technical support.
